HSARx Medication History
Yes, once you log into your account your Homepage will show your HSARx Fulfillment History where you can view your previous prescriptions.
1. Log in to your HSARx Account
2. On the Homepage of your Dashboard you will see the HSARx Fulfillment History of previous prescriptions processed with HSARx. You will also see any refunds.
You can use the Filter to sort by:
- Medication
- Pharmacy
- Date of Service (current week, last two weeks, last 30 days, or enter in your own custom date range)
3. After organizing the list by your preference, you may download the list by selecting "Download" in the lower right corner.
4. After selecting "Download", please choose what file type you wish to download to your device. You may download it as a PDF File or an Excell Spreadsheet.
