The pharmacy computer has processed a different prescription medication management member ID number.

Please double-check with your pharmacist that the computer has used your HSARx member ID number.

The medication's tier has been confused.

Please ask the pharmacist what tier the claim says the medication is listed as.

If Tier 1 or 2, then you should NOT have a Fill Fee
