Replacing a Card
You can access your HSARx account online to download and print out a copy of your card.
1. Login into your HSARx account
2. Once on your Member Dashboard, click on "Download Card" at the top right corner.
You will then have the option to email yourself a copy of your card, send a copy as a text message, or download it straight to your phone/computer/tablet. We have even added "At the Pharmacy?" for steps on what to do when you are picking up at the pharmacy!
